Members, workers and stakeholders may raise genuine concerns about suspected wrongdoing. South African law, including protected-disclosure legislation where it applies, takes precedence. A person who raises a genuine concern in good faith must not be punished merely for raising it.
Reports made honestly and in good faith will be treated seriously and handled through appropriate procedures.
What may be reported
This channel is intended for suspected:
- Fraud
- Theft
- Corruption
- Misuse of funds
- Conflicts of interest
- Bribery
- Falsification
- Abuse of authority
- Serious misconduct
- Regulatory breaches
How to report
Use the Complaints procedure, Contact, or telephone +27 60 709 4406. Provide facts you reasonably believe to be true. Keep copies of relevant documents where lawful.
Anonymity and confidentiality
Concerns will be handled with appropriate confidentiality. Absolute anonymity is not promised where the organisation cannot technically or legally guarantee it — for example where identity is needed for a fair investigation, or where law requires disclosure.
