Fund Management Explanation
Every contribution made to Lengau People's Society is recorded in our centralized digital system. Funds are strictly allocated according to the following priorities:
- Community Support: Providing liquidity for member lending and socio-economic support.
- Social Responsibility: Allocations for community projects such as education support and food security (Maize Meal program).
- Operational Reserve: Ensuring the long-term stability and digital infrastructure of the society.
Lengau is committed to transparency and maintains governance controls designed to promote accurate reporting, accountability and responsible management. This website does not claim that all contributions are already separated from operational funds unless that arrangement is implemented and documented in the organisation's adopted records.
Decision-Making Process
The society operates under a multi-tier governance structure that includes a Board of Directors, Regional Coordinators, and Member Representatives. Major constitutional changes are subject to member notification and transparent review.
