Third-Party Services & Independent Providers
Lengau People's Society works with other organisations and people. That does not mean every person or business you encounter in connection with Lengau is an employee, agent or authorised representative of Lengau People's Society (Pty) Ltd.
Where Lengau uses suppliers, contractors, agents, marketplace sellers, financial service providers, technology providers, external consultants or partners, Lengau should be distinguished from the independent provider unless a genuine employment, agency or representative relationship actually exists and is disclosed.
Independent providers may include
- Suppliers
- Contractors
- Agents (only where actually appointed)
- Marketplace sellers
- Financial service providers
- Technology providers
- External consultants
- Partners
A listing, logo, link, payment facility or marketplace profile does not, by itself, make the third party Lengau. Contracts, products and complaints relating to an independent provider should be directed to that provider unless Lengau has a documented legal responsibility.
