Ntate Thabo is the visionary founder and President of Lengau People's Society. His leadership is grounded in the belief that collective discipline and shared responsibility are the keys to economic freedom for South African communities.
Under his guidance, the society has grown from a local initiative into a registered financial powerhouse (NCRCP22999) that empowers members to save, lend, and build a legacy for future generations.

Our Story
Lengau People’s Society was founded on 15 April 2014 by a group of visionary leaders led by Ntate Thabo, with a mission to transform the mindset of borrowing into a culture of saving and financial discipline.
What began as a small initiative has grown into a structured financial community helping members build wealth, access opportunities, and participate in life-changing events locally and internationally.

Lengau People's Society was founded on 15 April by Ntate Thabo and a core group of visionaries.

SADC Expansion & National Registration
Lengau People's Society Registered Officially expanded in all 9 Provinces in South Africa. Expansion into the Lesotho and SADC region, establishing our first international hubs.
2026
Regulatory Certification
Officially registered as an NCR Credit Provider (NCRCP22999) to ensure member protection.

Food Security Initiative
Launch of the Lengau Maize Meal distribution division and regional distribution hubs.

Champion the Society's expansion across your designated region. You will be responsible for building local community networks, ensuring operational compliance with NCR standards, and mentoring local coordinators to foster a culture of disciplined saving.
- Proven experience in community organizing or financial services management (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of the SADC socio-economic landscape and Ubuntu-based financial systems.
Customer Support Officer

Be the face of Ubuntu for our members. You will handle membership inquiries, facilitate payment verifications, and educate prospective members on the Society’s heritage-based financial programs and benefits.
- Multilingual proficiency (English + Sesotho, Zulu, or Xhosa) with excellent conflict resolution skills.
- High degree of digital literacy and familiarity with financial reporting platforms.
