Lengau People's Society respects the rights of consumers and is committed to conducting its business in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection requirements, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), as applicable to its activities.
Our commitment to consumers
Lengau People's Society aims to provide consumers with products and information that are honest, clear, accurate and not misleading. Where a consumer-law regime applies, we seek to support: plain-language information; transparent prices; disclosure of material terms; fair marketing; no misleading claims; fair contract terms; product and service information; cancellation rights where applicable; refund processes where applicable; quality and safety; complaint mechanisms; redress where legally applicable; privacy; and responsible communication.
