Leadership & Governance
Guided by the principles of Ubuntu and financial discipline, our leadership team ensures transparency, accountability, and collective growth for every member.
Ntate Thabo
Ntate Thabo is the visionary founder and President of Lengau People's Society. His leadership is grounded in the deep-seated belief that economic freedom is not an individual pursuit, but a collective responsibility.
With a background in community-led economic development, he has pioneered the society's transition into a modern, compliant financial powerhouse (NCRCP22999) while maintaining the cultural integrity of the Tsela-di-Matla heritage.
Under his tenure, Lengau has expanded from a local mutual-help group into a regional movement that serves thousands across South Africa and the SADC region, empowering families to build multi-generational wealth through structured saving and mutual support.
