Transparency & Accountability
Operating standards and non-negotiable transparency rules drawn directly from the Lengau People's Society Prosperity Charter.
“LENGAU PROSPERITY IS NOT ABOUT TAKING MORE FROM PEOPLE. IT IS ABOUT CREATING MORE VALUE FOR PEOPLE.”
1. Fair Pricing. Clear Reasons.
Every product, service, and contribution within Lengau must have a documented pricing basis. Where prices differ between regions or markets, differences must have clear and defensible logistical justification.
2. Donations Must Be Voluntary
Donations must never be disguised as compulsory fees, surcharges, membership prerequisites, or conditions for receiving ordinary services. All requests must state purpose, authorization, and intended accountability.
3. Opportunity Must Be Fair
Procurement, employment, business funding, distribution hubs, training, and commercial contracts follow an objective evaluation process:
OPPORTUNITY → CRITERIA → APPLICATION → EVALUATION → DECISION → RECORD
Opportunities must not be allocated based on personal favouritism, regional bias, or undisclosed interests.
4. Conflicts of Interest
Leaders, managers, staff, and representatives must promptly disclose any personal, family, or business interest that could influence an institutional decision, recusing themselves from deliberations where required.
5. Forgiveness Does Not Eliminate Accountability
Mistakes and misconduct are met with decisive corrective action. Members with grievances, pricing concerns, or feedback are encouraged to use our official channels:
