Membership in the Lengau People Society is subject to approval and compliance with our constitution and regulatory guidelines.

3. Services

We are NOT a bank. Our services involve structured finance and community empowerment based on ancestral stokvel principles. We do not guarantee fixed returns.

4. Compliance

We are registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCRCP22999) and operate in accordance with South African law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lengau People Society shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
