Seven Prosperity Principles
The seven foundational pillars of Lengau People's Society guiding every decision, investment, programme, and member interaction across Southern Africa.
“LENGAU PROSPERITY IS NOT ABOUT TAKING MORE FROM PEOPLE. IT IS ABOUT CREATING MORE VALUE FOR PEOPLE.”
WE SEE — Vision
Lengau must have a clear vision of the future it wants to create. Vision must guide decisions, investment, products, services, programmes and member development.
WE TRUST — Transparency
Trust must be earned through transparency: clear communication, transparent pricing, proper financial information, explainable decisions, accessible policies, accountability and accurate information.
WE SHARE — Fairness
Lengau must promote fairness and equitable participation: fair treatment of members, equal access to opportunities, fair regional treatment, non-discrimination, fair procurement and fair distribution of opportunities.
WE CIRCULATE — Productive Resources
Money, products, opportunities, skills and resources should circulate productively through the Lengau ecosystem rather than creating dependency.
Members → Businesses → Agriculture → Jobs → Products → Services → Communities → Reinvestment
WE CREATE — Creativity & Enterprise
Lengau must encourage members to become creators, entrepreneurs, employers, producers and problem-solvers — across entrepreneurship, agriculture, spaza shops, manufacturing, distribution, skills development, and innovation.
WE EXCHANGE — Value
Every transaction should involve clear value. Members must understand what they pay, why they pay, what they receive, what obligations exist and what rights exist.
WE RISE — Accountability, Forgiveness & Learning
Lengau must learn from mistakes while maintaining accountability: corrective action, governance, responsible leadership, complaint resolution, continuous improvement and ethical decision-making.
