Introduction to PAIA

The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by the State and any information that is held by another person and that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

Requesting Information

Requests for access to records held by Lengau People Society must be made in writing using the prescribed forms and submitted to our Information Officer.

Fees

Prescribed fees may be applicable for requests for information in accordance with PAIA regulations.
