STEP-BY-STEP

How Distribution Works

A simple, transparent process designed to get quality maize meal to your community at the best possible price.

1

Supplier to National Hub

National suppliers deliver bulk maize meal products to our National Hub. We negotiate the best possible prices by buying in large volumes directly from registered mills and producers. Every product is quality-checked upon arrival.

2

National Hub to Provincial Hubs

The National Hub coordinates with Provincial Hubs to allocate stock based on regional demand. Each Provincial Hub manages a dedicated territory, ensuring consistent availability across all provinces in South Africa.

3

Provincial Hubs to Regional Hubs

Provincial Hubs supply Regional Hubs, which operate within specific municipalities and districts. Regional Hubs manage local inventory, fulfil orders from agents and small businesses, and provide last-mile support.

4

Regional Hubs to Community Agents

Community Agents purchase stock from their designated Regional Hub. Agents then sell directly to households, small spaza shops, and informal traders in their local area — creating employment and convenient access to staple foods.

5

Agents to Customers

The final step brings quality maize meal directly to your neighbours, local shops, and community members. Our agents offer flexible quantities, personal service, and competitive prices — all within walking distance.
